Return Policy
The Real Water Club products may be purchased either online through an independent member's website
or by contacting Real Water Club by Fax with an order or member application.
The Real Water Club accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as forms
of payment for any and all product purchases. We also accept payments and encourage payments
from your commission account for all product purchases.
The Real Water Club maintains a 3 day 100% refund policy, including shipping and handling charges.
You must cancel your order by fax or email within 3 days of placing that order to be eligible
for a refund, and you must return the product in the same condition as when you received it.
After the three days has expired, your product will be shipped and
you will no longer be eligible for a 100% refund.
If you are unsatisfied with any product for any
reason after the three days has expired, you may ship the product back anytime
within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the product cost, minus a 10% Restocking Fee.
You will not be reimbursed for the shipping and handling charges.
The same 3 day policy applies to the monthly autoship program.
If you choose to have your product sent to you every month,
you can cancel your autoship order within 3 days of the most recent charge and
receive a refund for that month's order including shipping and handling.
You can access your autoship order to make changes to it, including cancelling it,
day or night via our web access to your back office. Please try to cancel autoship
orders before they are shipped if you have no intention of keeping them.
Refunds are only given if the 3 day eligibility
requirement is met and if the refund is requested. To request a refund, you must
send a fax or an email to support@TheRealWaterClub.com
including your Real Water Club ID number.
As a Member, you may only return product
to the Company within thirty (30) days of purchase, based on the charge date, in
its original sealed and resalable condition only, for a refund. A ten
percent (10%) restocking charge is applicable and shipping and handling charges
are not refundable. Commissions and/or bonuses, if any, for which
the member would have been eligible to receive for the product(s) returned shall
be deducted from any amount owed to the member under the company's product
return policy. Product(s) must be returned at the expense of the
member. Any and all marketing services and/or sales aids including,
but not limited to... Back-Office System(s), Auto Responder Sponsoring System(s), Co-Op
Advertising, Auto Responder Leads, Print & Mail Services, post cards,
brochures, marketing flyers, Retail By The Case products, mailing lists or
name labels, sample packets, Membership Application & Agreement forms,
business cards, and/or marketing material(s) are not eligible for a refund under
any circumstances once payment is accepted by the Company, or its authorized
agent.
In addition, the Company offers the Retail Customer this same Refund Policy through their Members or the
Company. Retail Customers are also subject to the ten percent (10%)
restocking charge. Each Member is expected to honor
the Company Refund Policy in a prompt and courteous manner.
To return product for a refund, call our Customer Service Dept at
(503)946-5953 and follow the procedures outlined below:
You MUST call the Customer Service Dept
and ask for a Return Authorization Number (RA) within the 30-day period to
receive a refund. Just refusing the shipment or returning the shipment to the sender
shall not work for receiving an automatic refund.
Refunds received without a RA number as defined above, is subject to a 35% restocking fee.
Please return product within ten (10) days of the RA issuance to receive
your refund (shipping charges are non-refundable)
Again, DO NOT return the product without an RA number. Write
this RA number on the outside of your package so we can properly refund you.
Please return your item with a copy of the email receipt or Invoice and
include your reason for returning.
We recommend using UPS or insured mail to ensure your package is received
by us, as we are not responsible for returns that never arrive at our
facility.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you have any questions regarding your purchase (including but not
limited to Return or Exchange information), please contact the Customer

The charge on your credit card statement may appear as The Real Water
Club LLC.

All Orders are Shipped Frieght On Board. Once we turn the shipment over to the carrier for delivery, it is out of our hands and we
are not responsible for the product or it's arrival.
